Apartment prices in Cluj-Napoca have risen again

The average price of apartments for sale in Cluj-Napoca reached new heights in April 2024. The average price per square meter reached 2,594 euros, reflecting an increase of 28 euros compared to February of the same year, when located at 2,566 euros/sq.m.

Compared to the similar period of the previous year, this figure is 300 euros above the level recorded in April 2023, when the average price was 2,294 euros/sqm. These data highlight a stable growth trend of the real estate market in Cluj-Napoca, suggesting a constant interest from buyers despite economic fluctuations.

Among those looking for a new home in the city, certain neighborhoods have remained hot spots in terms of interest. These include:

1. Florești – Average price: 1,601 euros/sq.m The Florești neighborhood continues to be an attractive option for those looking for housing at more affordable prices. With an average price of 1,601 euros/sqm, it attracts both young couples and families who want to move to an area that is constantly developing.

2. Mănăștur – Average price: 2,305 euros/sq.m Mănăștur remains one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Cluj-Napoca, with an average price per square meter of 2,305 euros. Here, residents benefit not only from accessibility to amenities and services, but also from a vibrant community atmosphere.

3. Zorilor – Average price: 2,354 euros/sq.m The Zorilor neighborhood remains in the top of preferences, with an average price per square meter of 2,354 euros. It continues to be a popular choice due to its proximity to business centres, educational institutions and urban amenities.
