At least 14 people died and another 31 were injured in a road accident in Mexico, the authorities announce, reports AFP.

The accident took place in the state of Mexico, on the outskirts of the capital, where a bus overturned on the road, the secretariat of the local Security announced on Sunday.

Road accidents are increasing in Mexico starting from 2020.

On February 24, ten people died in a traffic accident in the state of San Luis Potosi (north-central), including four minors.

A truck hit pedestrian migrants on Saturday, killing three, in the state of Oaxaca (south), according to local media.

The driver fled the scene.
