Polish PM: Attack on volunteers ‘tests solidarity with Israel’

Donald Tusk’s message was published on the X platform and was addressed to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the Ambassador of Israel to Poland, Yacov Livne.

Tusk said that “the vast majority of Poles showed their full solidarity with Israel after the Hamas attack”, according to Sky News.

“Today you put this solidarity to a very hard test. The tragic attack on the volunteers arouses understandable anger,” Tusk wrote.

The Israelis declared that the attack, in which a Polish citizen also died, was “unintentional”.
