Mario Mădălin Dumitru, is 31 years old, is from Sinaia, but he grew up in Italy, where, by the way, he trained as a chef, as he told in the testimonial from Chefi la Cuțite. He initially went to work in Germany, but there he encountered difficult conditions, having to sleep on beer crates, then he arrived in Belgium, where he made his breakthrough, being appointed chef at an Italian restaurant.

“I grew up in Italy from the age of 4 thanks to my parents. I finished the Alma cooking school in Colorno, Parma (…) It is a period of my life where I will probably gain even more experience.
