As you’ve noticed lately and as you know me, I’m a team player, and there will always be serious, hardworking and involved people with me. Today, I want to introduce you to Raluca Diaconu, another young woman who wanted to join me and the PSD team in the project we are setting in motion to develop the community in which we live.
Raluca currently works for a multinational in the Automotive industry and has more than seven years of experience in HR, preferably in guidance, counseling and staff recruitment. And she, like many other colleagues from the PSD team, understands that the economy of a city is based on the private environment. At the same time, the fact that I want to get involved in attracting new investments in the Roman area will make the labor market prosper, in the sense that as many Romanians as possible can have access to well-paid jobs that it also brings them professional satisfaction.
Raluca is a professional, a person who developed personally through education and work. His experience can help us identify new investment opportunities and why not, build levers through which those who want to find work can learn “how to promote themselves” to potential employers.
With specialists in each field, I am confident that our Romanian local government program 2024-2032 will cover as many of the citizens’ needs as possible.
