The military commander of CSA Steaua, unexpected reaction to FCSB before winning the title

The CSA Steaua club has a categorical reaction to FCSB before the end of this season.

CSA Steaua Bucharest was declared the rightful owner of the record 1947-1998, which it would never have given up.

The MAPN club reacted and specified that, according to court rulings, FCSB cannot celebrate the title with number 27.

“The record until 1998 is ours! I said that we are also waiting for the court decision for the period 1998-2003. Then we will notify the Federation exactly how the court will decide”, said captain Ștefan Bichir, exclusively for sport.ro.

The High Court of Cassation and Justice decided in 2014 that CSA Steaua transferred to AFC Steaua only a batch of footballers, with the right to use, not ownership of, the brand and track record.

CSA Steaua is currently playing in the second league, the team not having the right to promotion in the first division where only teams that have professional status and belong to private clubs play.
