realme C65 officially debuted and has Galaxy S22 design; The realme 12X is also arriving

As we were announced a few days ago, today is the official launch of the smartphone Realme C65. It is a low-end to midrange 4G model that brings a design similar to that adopted by the Galaxy S22 viewed from the back. It has LCD panel, processor Helio G85 under the hood, 50 MP camera on the back. Realme 12X was also presented today, the most affordable model in the realme 12 series, which also includes the top model realme 12 Pro+ 5G. I have details below.

Realme C65

It looks like we are talking about a successor for the realme C55. The new C65 brings a body made of polycarbonate and has a straight frame in the style of the iPhone 15. It comes with a dot cutout for the selfie camera, and on the back we find two photo sensors + an LED flash. There is also a third element below the two photo sensors, so the appearance clearly leads us to think of the Galaxy S22.

The panel is represented by a 6.67-inch diagonal IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It has 8MP camera on the front and the phone brings that ‘realme Mini Capsule’ notification system that displays information in the style of Apple’s Dynamic Island.

The front camera can even recognize different gestures, so we can control the phone remotely. There is also an extra button called “Dynamic Button” that allows us to access different shortcuts. By pressing this button we will open the camera application, activate or deactivate the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, flash, WiFi or other options.

The phone benefits from TUF SUD certification, the display protecting the user’s eyes. It runs Android 14 alongside realme UI 5.0, and under the hood is a battery of 5000mAh which charges at 45W per wire. On the back we find a 50 MP main camera without OIS and a 2 MP macro camera.

The terminal comes in black and purple, and its starting price would be $148 in Vietnam, where it is currently sold. It comes in configurations with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. It is rumored to debut in several regions soon. Being the successor to the realme C55, we are also waiting for it in Romania.

realme 12X

It arrived in India today realme 12x. It is the most affordable member of the realme 12 series. It has a 6.67-inch diagonal IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It comes with a body made of polycarbonate, it is IP54 certified for resistance to water splashes. On the front there is an 8 MP selfie camera that shoots Full HD, and on the back there is a 50 MP main + 2 MP bokeh sensor.

Under the hood we find a Dimensity 6100+ 5G processor, 4 GB or 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It has a 5000 mAh battery, and the power is supplied at 15W per wire. This model first debuted in China, now in India and there is a good chance that it will arrive in Romania soon.
