This is Constantin Eugen Vidineac, a lawyer with expertise, but also a former university teacher at the Faculty of Law of the “Transilvania” University in Braşov.

Tate brothers, arrested

Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested, on December 31, for a period of 30 days. They are accused of forming an organized criminal group, human trafficking and rape. The decision is not final. The Tate brothers’ lawyer has already contested the decision, and the appeal will be heard on January 10, at the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

Arrest warrants were also issued for two women with Romanian citizenship, suspected of complicity. One of them is a former policewoman.
