The Culture Center of Bihor County organizes on May 24 the sixth edition of Art Oradea Festival, and a few days later, on May 29, the third edition of the “Florica Ungur” National Competition Festival, and in this context the institution announced that it has started registrations for the two events.
Art Oradea Festival is aimed at young students or graduates of Arts schools or County Cultural Centers in the country, passionate about light music, between the ages of 15 and 24.
The event will take place at the Oradea State Philharmonic and will be presented by the actor Alin Stanciu, and the jury will be made up of light music performers, specialized teachers, representatives of institutions and local cultural personalities.
To register, those interested must send, by April 30, an audio-video recording of a song performed live.
At the same time, until May 10, young popular music performers, who are between 16 and 25 years old, can register for the third edition of the “Florica Ungur” Festival.
They must send two videos in which they interpret a doinite song, without musical accompaniment, as well as a rhythmic song, with accompaniment.
The “Florica Ungur” festival will take place at the House of Culture of the Trade Unions in Oradea and will be presented by Iuliana Tudor, and on stage, along with the contestants, will be established popular music performers.
After sending the registration materials, both “Art Oradea Festival” and for the “Florica Ungur” Festival, a selection of candidates will follow.

The events are organized by the Bihor County Council through the Culture Center, in partnership with the State Philharmonic and the House of Culture of the Trade Unions.
