Police officers of the Craiova Organized Crime Brigade have carried out 9 searches in Dolj county of minor traffickers.
Starting in 2022, a man would have recruited a 15-year-old minor, taking advantage of her obvious state of vulnerability and simulating feelings of love, which he would later force to practice prostitution in Craiova. Thus, he obtained important sums of money.
The same man would have facilitated the practice of prostitution for another injured person. He housed her in various properties rented from another man. He would have had knowledge of the criminal activity.
The hearings will be held at the headquarters of DIICOT – Territorial Service Craiova. Specialized support was provided by the Special Operations Directorate of the Romanian Police.
