There is a fight in the Kaufland parking lot in Satu Mare. “What about this Mustang?”, then came the punches

--

A Satma resident was sent to court on Monday, 04/1/2024, by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Satu Mare Court after a fight in the parking lot of the Kaufland supermarket located on Corvinilor Street in the municipality of Satu Mare. It all started after two villagers placed their food on the hood of their car, and at one point they heard a wave of ironies about the victim’s car.

According to PresaSM information, the victim told the police that, together with a friend, he bought food and they sat on the hood of the car to eat, and shortly after two individuals appeared who ironically asked the injured person: “What with this Mustang?”. Seeing that they were being scandalized, the victim tried to leave, but an individual punched him twice in the face and then ran away. Following the aggression, the victim required 18-20 days of medical care to heal.

The aggressor admitted committing the act for which he is being investigated, stating that he came with his friend to Kaufland. They drove around town, and as he passed through the Kaufland parking lot he saw an individual eating on the hood of his car with a friend of his. Getting angry because he had sent her abusive messages some time ago, he pulled up next to his car and went towards him to hit him, but another individual intervened.

Shortly after, he noticed that the victim turned to go to the car door, at which point he punched him in the face, after which he left the scene. He showed that he regrets what happened and wants to reconcile with the victim. It’s just that the victim didn’t want the same thing, so he’s going to be judged.
