Temporary exhibition at the Vaslui County Museum. 46 cultural goods and 23 infographic panels are on display

In the Art Hall of the “Ștefan cel Mare” County Museum in Vaslui, the temporary exhibition “Ottoman Dobrogea in documents and ancient artifacts” was opened

The cultural event was realized through the collective effort of two museum institutions from Dobrogea: the Eco-Museum Research Institute “Gavrilă Simion” Tulcea and the Museum of National History and Archeology Constanța. The two entities provided 46 cultural assets and 23 infographic panels.

The exhibition project also included the launch of the volume “Ottoman Dobrogea in documents” authors: Dr. Claudiu Victor Turcitu, National Archives of Romania Bucharest and Dr. Constantin Aurel Mototolea, Museum of National History and Archeology Constanța.

Between April 2 and May 31, 2024, the Vaslui public will be able to admire the cultural goods from the exhibition’s inventory as well as the panels displayed on the floor of the Arta hall of the “Ștefan cel Mare” County Museum in Vaslui. “The exhibition project was realized thanks to the collaboration between the specialists of the mentioned institutions. From the Eco-Museum Research Institute “Gavrilă Simion” Tulcea, Dr. Sorin-Cristian Ailincăi, the manager of the institution, Dr. Adina Ailincăi and Dr. Aurel-Daniel Stănică, members of the organizing team of the Tulcea institution, participated. On behalf of the Museum of National History and Archeology Constanța, Dr. Constantin Aurel Mototolea, manager of the Constanța museum, Dr. Delia Roxana Cornea and Dr. Andreea Andrei members of the organizing team from the Constanta museum”said the organizers of the event.
