On March 30, at around 8:00 p.m., on communal road 168, in Lugașu de Sus, the Bihoren traffic police detected a 24-year-old local man in traffic while driving a car without a license driving and there is a suspicion of having consumed psychoactive substances.
Following the preliminary testing, with the device provided, indications emerged regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances.
Also on March 30, at around 2:00 a.m., on the street of the Town Hall in Oradea, the traffic police detected a 24-year-old man from the municipality in traffic, while he was driving a car, with an alcohol concentration of 0, 10 mg/l of pure alcohol in exhaled air and there is a suspicion of having consumed psychoactive substances.
And in this case, following the preliminary testing, with the device provided, indications emerged regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances.
“We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the persons being taken to a medical facility, for the collection of biological samples, in order to accurately determine the consumption of prohibited substances”, said the spokesperson of IPJ Bihor, chief commissioner Alina Fărcuta.
In both cases, a criminal case was filed.
