“We are journalists. It’s normal that we make news with 100,000 tulips in bloom,” says Iulia Pop, Observer reporter. More precisely, 109,344 flowers add magic to the parks and squares of Timisoara. Most of them are in Justice Park, the place that gathers thousands of people these days. “At such a show, normally you barely have a place in the alley”, adds Iulia Pop, Observer reporter.

Everyone has heard about the tulips from Timisoara. This young woman came from Deva, a four-hour round trip, to admire the flowers. And not anyway, but with a carefully chosen outfit and personal “photographer”.

• Reporter: How long did it take you to think about what to wear today?
• Young woman: Last night I decided.
• Reporter: Special for today?
• Young woman: Yes.
• Her husband: From last night until morning.
• Young woman: This visit was scheduled…
• Her husband: And it had to go well with the decor.
