In the period 01.03.2024 – 31.03.2024, the local police officers from the Deva Local Police Directorate, based on the provisions of Law no. 155/2010 of the Local Police in conjunction with the provisions of GD no. 1332/2010 regarding the approval of the Framework Regulation for the organization and operation of the Local Police and with the provisions of GEO no. 57/2019, regarding the Administrative Code, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Decisions of the Deva Local Council, they acted within their competence, recording the following results:
- Public Order and Peace Structure (OP):
The local police officers applied a number of 91 sanctions;
- Traffic Structure on Public Roads (CR):
The local police applied a number of 179 sanctions;
III. Discipline Structure in Construction, Commercial Activity, Environmental Protection:
The local police officers applied a number of 33 sanctions;
- Video Traffic Monitoring Center:
A number of 213 telephone complaints were received. Also, the operators within the Surveillance Traffic Operator compartment had a number of 105 notifications and 185 identifications were made in the National Database. At the same time, they provided the workers of the Criminal Investigation Service with video evidence in order to resolve a number of 11 criminal cases.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
- Public Order and Peace Structure:
– local police officers ensure the transport of valuables from Deva City Hall to the Treasury and back;
– ensures the transport and protection of the DPLEPSC personnel, of the civil status officer for the proper performance of the activity of officiating marriages outside the headquarters of the House of Marriages;
– ensures the protection of the staff from the mayor’s specialized apparatus, through the guard that is permanently carried out at the access door in the Deva City Hall;
– ensures the protection of the staff within the Department of Taxes and Local Taxes Deva, through the guard that is permanently carried out at the institution’s headquarters;
– accompany the bailiffs to the evacuations from the buildings belonging to the Deva City Hall;
– they resolved a number of 49 telephone notifications received from citizens through dispatch;
– written notifications – 3 responses;
– ensured order and public peace measures at a number of 11 socio-cultural/sporting/artistic events;
– complaints through the Deva 24 application – 1 response;
– answer and solve telephone complaints received by the Local Police Dispatch;
Also, by carrying out mobile and pedestrian patrols, the commission of possible acts of an antisocial nature that could endanger the life and integrity of people is prevented.
- Traffic Structure on Public Roads:
– directing/fluidizing road traffic in the area of school units – daily;
– restriction of road traffic during road works – 17 actions;
– responded through the Deva 24 application, to a number of 9 complaints;
– they resolved a number of 155 telephone notifications received from citizens through dispatch;
– they received 3 people at the hearings;
– they resolved a number of 97 notifications from CMVT operators;
– resolved 4 petitions received from citizens;
– stray/abandoned vehicles, monitored 17;
– irregularly parked vehicles, lifted 76;
– abandoned vehicles, lifted from the public domain 13;
– they implemented 107 PVs, in the National Database of the Romanian Police.
- Discipline Structure in Construction, Commercial Activity, Environmental Protection:
– the local police officers carried out a number of 16 checks to identify construction works executed without a construction or demolition permit, as the case may be, including temporary constructions;
– the local police checked a number of 5 companies regarding the advertising display, and any other form of display/advertisement, including those related to the location of the company at the place where the economic activity is carried out;
– the local policemen visited the places of illegal waste storage every day; they checked daily the green areas in the inner city and street cleanliness;
– the local police checked a number of 108 commercial companies, 117 itinerant traders in the agri-food markets and fairs, as well as the compliance with the legal provisions by the administrators of the agri-food markets.
Within all the structures mentioned above, investigations are carried out whenever necessary, for the speedy resolution of all written/telephone complaints received from citizens as well as notifications received via the “Deva 24” application.
