The PSD candidate for Constanța City Hall met, on Saturday, with two representatives of Romanian music, Puya and Cheloo, from Paraziții. They sat on the rigging, troubleshooting memories and immortalized the meeting like this, despite the netizens. “Would we be thugs?” Constantinescu asked, in a joking spirit, but with the direction of the counter-candidates.
