The Vrancea Court is looking for SEAP to conclude a contract for the rental of a building or space, located in the municipality of Focşani, necessary for the storage of the archive of the Focşani Court. There are also specifications, namely that the total area it needs for rent must be between 290 and 400 square meters, given that space is needed to store 1,700 – 2,000 linear meters of archives. And for the above, there is also an estimated cost – 82,320 lei.
According to the documentation, “the maximum estimated value is 6 euros/m2, without VAT. The offered price will not change during the space rental period“. At the same time, it is also stated that the building sought must have authorization issued by the National Archives of Romania, the space must be compact – either arranged on one level or on consecutive levels, have separate entrances from other users and allow the security of the object , as well as not presenting a high seismic risk.
Equipment is also required, namely a heating system, water connection, connection to the water and electricity supply networks – all of these with separate metering or the possibility of separate metering after signing the contract. Other requirements relate to the existence of the sanitary installation in the building (water and sewer) and sanitary group, sewage network in the building or yard, fire warning systems, anti-burglary, ventilation of the archive space (if there is no natural ventilation), but also of an external surveillance system monitored by video on the entire perimeter.
The duration of the lease must be 5 years, “with the possibility of extension by additional act, for a period of 5 years (…), depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the limit of allocated budget credits“. These being the needs, the court is waiting for the offers of those who believe they fit the requirements, offers that must be sent to the Vrancea Court by May 20. On this date, the opening procedure of the envelopes with the documents sent by the bidders will also take place.
