The reasons why two drivers checked by the police in Alba will give explanations to the investigators. What did they do wrong?

Two men will be investigated by the police from Alba, after they violated the traffic law. The two were stopped by the traffic police on May 4. After checking the documents, the law enforcement officers discovered several irregularities.

The two cases were communicated on May 6, 2024, by IPJ Alba representatives.

On May 4, 2024, around 8:15 a.m., policemen from Vințu de Jos Rural Police Section 2 detected a 34-year-old man, from Teiuș, while he was driving a car, within the radius of the town of Balomiru de Câmp, without having a license driving for any category of vehicles.

In relation to the driver, the investigations are continued under the aspect of committing the crime of driving without a license.

On May 4, 2024, at around 11:00 a.m., the police officers of Section 5 of the Blaj Rural Police, while acting within the radius of the Bucerdea Grânoasă locality, stopped, for control, a car driven by a 41-year-old man, from the Florești commune, Cluj County.

Following the checks carried out, the police found that the car’s provisional driving license had expired since the beginning of March 2024.

The investigations are continued, under the aspect of committing the crime of driving, on public roads, an unregistered vehicle.
