“I have been a hostage for 202 days, I want to reach my family alive.” This is the testimony of one of the two Israeli hostages, still in the hands of Hamas. The terrorist group released a new video to increase pressure on the Israeli government led by Benjamin Netanyahu. The two sides are intensively negotiating a new ceasefire agreement against the release of the hostages. Netanyahu is suspected of deliberately delaying the signing of a deal, both by Hamas and by the families of the hostages.
Omri Miran – Israeli hostage: “My beloved family, I miss you all. My father, my brothers and sister, my wife Lishay, my daughters Rony and Alma.”
Keith Seigel – Israeli hostage: “It’s important that you know I’m fine. I hope you are all well too.”
Omri Miran – Israeli hostage: “I have been a prisoner of Hamas for 202 days.”
Keith Seigel – Israeli hostage: “We are here in danger because of the airstrikes. This is scary and we have been living in these horror conditions for a long time. I ask, until when?”
Omri Miran – Israeli hostage: “We live in bad situations, under heavy bombardment.”
Keith Seigel – Israeli hostage: “Sometimes we feel like you’ve abandoned us. I call on the Prime Minister and all ministers to be flexible in the negotiations so that we can reach an agreement soon. Our impression is that he keeps postponing (conclusion of an agreement – no), and the negotiations for the agreement take a long time.”
Omri Miran – Israeli hostage: “It’s time to come to an agreement to get out of here safe and sound.”
Large-scale protests are taking place in Tel Aviv. Thousands of Israelis demonstrated to persuade Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to reach an agreement with the terrorist organization Hamas to free the last Israeli hostages.
