Ioana Ramona Bruynseels, the candidate of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) for the mayor of Sector 1, expresses her deep indignation at the recent decisions taken by the current mayor, Clotilde Armand, to redirect the sum of 230 million lei from essential projects for education and health, to the Public Domain Administration (ADP) and the operation of the town hall. This decision seriously undermines the fundamental interests and needs of the citizens of Sector 1.

It is unacceptable that at a critical time, vital funds are cut from schools, kindergartens and health institutions. These cuts directly endanger the future and health of our community.

On behalf of the residents of Sector 1, Ioana Ramona Bruynseels summons Clotilde Armand to appear before the City Council and explain why she prefers administrative financing to the detriment of improving the quality of life of citizens.

“It is essential that all residents understand how their resources are managed and see the true face of the USR administration, which has moved from “we want hospitals, not cathedrals”we are cutting money for schools and hospitals,” claims Ioana Ramona Bruynseels.

“It is time for a radical change and for an administration that truly serves the needs of the people of Bucharest in Sector 1. My priorities are clear: education, health and safety. We will restore order and ensure that every leu from the sector’s budget is invested where it is really needed,” said Ioana Ramona Bruynseels.
