Nine high school students from Suceava county returned with gold, silver and bronze medals after participating in the National Informatics Olympiad – 2024 edition, the two gold medals being obtained by two students from “Petru Rareș” National College Suceava.
The nine students, who obtained very good scores at the National Informatics Olympiad, held in Bucharest, between April 23-28, 2024, obtained gold, silver and bronze medals, three of them being awarded by the Ministry of Education with a mention.
In the 9th grade, the student Mircea Ștefan Tomiță from the National College “Ștefan cel Mare” Suceava obtained a mention awarded by the Ministry of Education and the silver medal, the student Răzvan-Cristian Gavrilescu from the National College “Nicu Gane” Fălticeni obtained the medal silver, and the student Sabrina Macoveiciuc, from the National College “Ștefan cel Mare” Suceava, won the bronze medal.
In the 10th grade, the student Rareș-Aurel Poinaru, from the National College “Petru Rareș” Suceava, obtained a mention awarded by the Ministry of Education and the gold medal, the student Ștefan-Sorin Marin obtained the silver medal and the student Tudor-Andrei Aparaschivei obtained the bronze medal, both being from the National College “Ștefan cel Mare” Suceava, and the student Eduard-Gabriel Babiuc, from the National College of Informatics “Spiru Haret” Suceava, obtained the bronze medal.
In the twelfth grade, the student Alexandru Ispir from the National College “Petru Rareș” Suceava was awarded a mention by the Ministry of Education, he also obtained the gold medal.
Another student from the twelfth grade, from the National College “Ștefan cel Mare” Suceava, Bogdan Mocrei, obtained the bronze medal.

The students Bogdan Zaiț, 5th grade and Tudor-Matei Holotă, 8th grade, from the “Ștefan cel Mare” National College Suceava won the bronze medal at the National Informatics Olympiad – 2024 edition, the competition for secondary school students holding in Iași, between April 22-26.
