Rowers Ioana Vrânceanu and Roxana Anghel won the second gold medal for Romania on Sunday at the European Rowing Championships in Szeged (Hungary).
In the women’s double frame event, Ioana Vrânceanu and Roxana Anghel absolutely dominated the final, finishing with a lead of almost 9 seconds in front of the crew from Greece.
On Saturday, in the first day of the finals, Romania won a gold, a silver and a bronze, and on Sunday it will compete in five more finals.
