Two female drivers were involved in the road accident.
According to IPJ Constanța, after testing with the device provided, in the case of one of them, indications emerged regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances.

On April 2 this year, around 9:30 a.m., police officers from the Năvodari City Police were alerted to the fact that, on Mamaia Nord boulevard, a traffic accident (bumper) occurred.
The policemen dispatched to the scene found that the impact occurred between two cars, driven by two women, aged 41 and 58, respectively.
After testing with the device provided, in the case of the 41-year-old woman, indications emerged regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances.
We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the person being taken to a medical facility, for the collection of biological samples, in order to accurately establish the consumption of prohibited substances.
