During today’s day, a tragic accident took place in the town of Arsa in Constanța county. A drunk driver injured two minors aged 3 and 9. The little ones arrived at the hospital in serious condition.

Serious accident in Constanta! Two children were hit by a car by a drunk driver. One of the minors, a 9-year-old girl, is in a coma.

Immediately after the accident, two resources Saj B2 and Saj C2 arrived at the scene of the incident. The medical staff provided first aid to the two minors.

The three-year-old boy suffered a craniocerebral trauma and is conscious, and the nine-year-old girl with major polytrauma, severe craniocerebral trauma, is in a coma, was intubated.

According to the information sent by the representatives of the Constanța County Ambulance Service, the minors were transported to the county hospital, writes ziuaconstanta.ro.

“The driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.84 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. It was also tested with the equipment provided, in order to establish indications regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances, the result being negative”, say the police.

Later, the driver was taken to a medical unit to have biological samples taken, in order to establish the alcohol level in the blood.

The law enforcement officers have prepared a criminal investigation file for the commission of the crimes of culpable bodily harm and driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Three young people died and three others were injured, following an accident in Neamt

A particularly serious accident happened on a road in Borca commune, Neamț county. Two cars collided and, following the impact, they jumped off the road, overturned and ended up in some people’s yards.

Three people aged 18, 17 and 23. Three other people managed to get out of the cars, but were seriously injured and arrived urgently at the hospitals in Târgu Neamt and Piatra Neamt.

“As a result of the road accident, the death of the 23-year-old driver and a 17-year-old passenger, both from the same car, from Poiana Teiului, as well as an 18-year-old passenger from the second car, from Suceava county. At the same time, the 18-year-old driver and two other passengers, aged 19 and 22, from the second car were injured,” the police said.
