Rylan forced to issue urgent response as fans ‘can’t unsee’ error in latest photo

Rylan Clark’s Instagram followers have had the shock of their lives while watching the TV star’s story on Monday (April 1, 2024).

As another Easter weekend and April Fool’s Day slowly drew to a close, the former X Factor contestant lifted the lid on what he had been up to with a mirror selfie taken in his lavish Essex home. In this shot, he donned an Air Jordan tank top paired with white shorts, ending at his knees, hinting he was on the move prior to taking a selfie break.

“Feel like I’ve run the marathon after the wardrobe clears out”, the 35-year-old captioned and what seemed like an innocent picture may have had Rylan’s followers talking as his leg was reflected on a mirror behind him.

Unfortunately for Rylan, the reflection led to a mortifying optical illusion suggesting that he could have been showing too much. Although comments aren’t visible below Instagram stories, it’s safe to say Rylan may have received private comments as he followed up his original shot with an explanation. “Also, not my Willy… it’s a reflection”, Rylan wrote in white letters on a plain black background.

The Celebrity Big Brother star lives in a five-bedroom mansion in Brentwood, Essex, and the property has been valued at a jaw-dropping £1.3 million, taking his business assets to a whopping £2.7 million.

Inspired by his stint in the Big Brother house, Rylan decided to pay tribute to the show by building a Diary Room, in which he included his Diary Room chair from his own series, in 2013.

Rylan added the LED Big Brother Eye door bell to complete his personal diary room, gushing: “it’s my new favorite room in my house.” “We all know how much I’m obsessed by Big Brother and I have nothing better to do with my time so I built a diary room. It looks quite like the diary room as well – which is quite exciting?!”, he’ d also said. “Some people sell stuff on eBay from the Big Brother – fair enough things are being thrown away but I think it’s naughty. They should put it in a museum or something.”

There should be some Big Brother Museum. I think there should be some Big Brother exhibition. I’d definitely do it. I’ve loads of things from over the years like all the diary room chairs. I’ll go.”

Rylan’s home also boasts, a dining room filled with plush tables and chairs, an entrance hall including a human-sized teddy bear, white walls, bright lighting and a union jack coat framed on a wall.

Meanwhile, Rylan’s lounge includes a giant flat screen TV suspended above a gas fire and his outside space is just as astonishing. Rylan showed off his immaculate garden which includes lawns trimmed to perfection as well as outdoor seating.

Elsewhere, Rylan keeps in shape in his home gym and swimming pool and has everything needed to entertain his friends, including a party area, an outdoor bar and a barbecue. Rylan shared the home with ex-husband and Big Brother 14 housemate Dan Neal until their high-profile separation in 2021, after six years of marriage.
