Mother and daughter dead in the house for several weeks, they performed rituals of evocation of the dead and were fond of the occult

“I know it may seem hard to believe, but in that house I witnessed several possession events and manifestations (of the dead – no).”

The statement belongs to Roberto, the pseudonym of an Italian man who lived for a while with Luana Constantini, 54, and her mother, Elena Bruselles, 83, found dead on Friday, January 20, 2023, in a home in the Monte neighborhood Mario located in Rome, the capital of Italy.

As we reported yesterday, investigators found that Elena had been dead for at least a month, while her daughter had been dead for about a week.

The coroner has not yet been able to determine whether the death occurred from natural causes or was caused by external factors due to the advanced state of decomposition of the lifeless bodies.

It is certain that, in the home of the two women, some at least strange, if not scary, things happened in the last months.

From Roberto’s statements to La Repubblica newspaper, it appears that Luana was part of an occult sect and her lover, Paolo Rosafio, was a self-proclaimed shaman. The man is nowhere to be found during these hours, however, the Italian press also states.

According to the quoted source, Luana, Paolo and Roberto were part of a sect of paranormal enthusiasts called Cubitrix, which is very active on social media.

The sect also sells Ouija boards, used by various esoteric cultures to communicate with spirits from the beyond. Such a plate was also used by the three mentioned above.

“There’s something in that house and it all started on October 31st (last year, on Halloween – no), and since then it’s as if something wanted to destroy the harmony. Quarrels, illnesses, and power surges intensified. It was a nightmare,” said Roberto.

Roberto was homeless and Luana hosted him for free for about a month and a half, but when things started to take a scary turn, he decided to look for another place to live.

On that night of October 31, in the home of the two dead women, located on via Giulio Salvadori, there were also Paolo, Roberto and another woman.

While Roberto sat alone in another room, Luana and the other two decided to do a séance.

So they took a Ouija board and performed an occult ritual that supposedly opened a portal between the dead and the living.

“From a scientific point of view, we are talking about a rupture in the temporal tissue that allowed the dead to manifest,” said the Italian. He says Luana was always into the occult and had a house full of candles.

“Evocation rituals are not like the ones in the movies. There is no precise name for what they did, but in the esoteric world many know it as the sacrifice to Mother Egregor (“egregor” is a concept used in the occult world that refers to an incorporeal entity that emanates from one or more people able to influence their own thoughts and attitudes)”, added Roberto.

“Not all the dead are happy to be dead, and some are looking for a body to possess to live a little longer,” he added.

The Italian man is of the opinion that these things should not be done by those who do not know the material well, and often he and Paolo hid the material they were working with from Luana, so that she could not use it as well.

“That evening the fog grew a lot and the candles literally exploded. They (the dead – no) know who they can take or not. That night could have ended much worse.

When I realized what was happening, I quickly ran and stopped everything. There could be four dead now,” Roberto added.

The man then noticed that something had changed in Luana since that Halloween night, and that made him and Paolo immediately look for another place to live.

“I tried for two months in a row to avoid a tragedy. She always had a passion for the occult, but she never followed it the right way. After October 31st he started behaving strangely. He chattered furtively. He didn’t eat, he chewed his bones.

He often hit the walls. He felt pain in all his bones and limped. It all started with simple insomnia, then inflammations appeared in the intimate areas. Paolo and I left that house precisely because of Luana’s rather strange and creepy behavior,” Roberto said.

Luana was left alone with her mother, who had Alzheimer’s disease, and soon became completely isolated from the world.

From what Roberto reported, it appears that, after the death of his mother, the 54-year-old woman suffered a mental breakdown and used her pension to buy drugs. Probably precisely in order to continue receiving the pension, he also decided not to declare Elena’s death.

Eventually, her body gave out as well, and they were both found dead in their home about a week after Luana’s death.

“In the year I was there, I never saw a relative,” Roberto concluded.
