Nubia Flip officially arrives in Europe on April 9; The company’s first foldable smartphone

ZTE recently launched its first foldable flip phone in the portfolio. The pattern Nubia Flip it was unveiled in February at MWC 2024 in Barcelona and even got a hands-on from us. Well, today we learn that this first foldable phone will officially debut in Europe on April 9th. Below we have details.

The company has already listed the phone on the website, and those who subscribe to the newsletter will even receive a discount of 15 euros for the purchase of the phone. We don’t have a price yet, although we know the terminal should be quite affordable. The Nubia Flip is a more massive and slightly bulky terminal if we look at rivals from Samsung, Huawei or OPPO, but its basic functionalities are there.

ZTE has reinforced the hinge so that the Nubia Flip can withstand 200,000 openings and closings. On the outside, it receives a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, a resolution that we often see in smartwatches. The internal screen is a large, 6.9-inch foldable OLED, with a fold about as visible as a Moto RAZR.

Under the hood there is a processor Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage in the base configuration. It has a 4310 mAh battery that charges at 33W per wire, and at the back we find a 50 MP main camera, a 2 MP bokeh one, and a 16 MP selfie camera at the front.
