“Today, the PNL submitted to the Senate a draft law by which the mandatory installation of heat distributors in block apartments is extended by one year, until December 31, 2024,” announced the PNL in a press release obtained by News.ro.
“The liberal initiators want compensation for the cost of purchasing and installing these devices for the vulnerable categories, within the limit of 750 lei/housing. Beneficiaries are the people who have already received the energy cards, with which they can pay electricity, gas or heating bills”, the statement also states.
According to PNL, “this aid can also be used to pay the amount that exceeds the subsidy of 750 lei from the cost of the distributors”.
“The legislative project is initiated by the liberal Minister of Energy, Sebastian Burduja, together with PNL senators Roberta Anastase, Toma Petcu, Mihail Veștea and other parliamentarians. The president of the Energy Commission in the Senate and the president of the Industry Commission in the Chamber of Deputies are also signing,” says PNL on Facebook.
