Carlos Alcaraz refused to participate in the Laver Cup! The explanations of the ATP world leader

However, Roger Federer’s participation is uncertain. The Swiss recently announced his retirement from tennis amid knee problems, and the Laver Cup could be Federer’s last competition.
Carlos Alcaraz is in the spotlight right now as the youngest world leader in tennis history.
Alcaraz declined the invitation to participate in the Laver Cup, to the surprise of many fans. The Iberian tennis player argued his decision.
“There were discussions, we thought, I would have liked to play there, but I decided not to go for sporting reasons, because it was better for me, together with the team, to think about the future.
