UPDATE at 16.35: The traffic has not yet been unblocked and now a crane is being used to put the TIR back on its wheels, which is why traffic is being diverted.

“Initially, traffic resumed on the emergency lane and on the first lane, in both directions, but when the crane arrived, traffic stopped again. The traffic is diverted to allow the TIR to be put back on its wheels”, stated the representatives of the Infotraffic Center of the Romanian Police for Freedom.
