Hundreds of young people had the chance of intensive training in the digital field, through a project carried out in partnership by the Vrancea County Council and the company Metale Internazionale, owned by businessman Valentin Resmeriță.

Moreover, the idea of ​​this partnership also started from Resmerita, through which young people received scholarships to learn programming, digital marketing and to develop their project management skills.

“It’s not an expense, it’s an investment!”

The businessman, who financially supported the training of young people, says that he did not for a second see the scholarships as an expense, but as an investment, he being convinced that digitization is the future. From the generation born in the era of the digital revolution will rise the specialists of tomorrow, and their training must take place from an early age.

“I have not for a second seen these scholarships as an expense. On the contrary, we looked at it as an investment, because by supporting these young people to prepare in a field of the future, we are actually investing in the future, in development, in the economy“, declared Valetin Resmerita.

The support and involvement in the education of young people also had another purpose: that at least part of those who benefited from the training would stay at home, in Vrancea, to apply what they learned.
