World Congress of Medical Hydrology and Climatology, la

The Techirghiol Spa and Recovery Sanatorium, together with the Romanian Society of Physical Medicine, Recovery and Balneoclimatology and the Romanian Balneology Association (ARB), will organize the World Congress of the International Society of Medical Hydrology and Climatology between May 23-25. The event comes just a few days after the National Congress, with international participation, of Physical Medicine, Recovery and Balneology, from May 21-22. According to the director of the sanatorium, Roxana Ţucmeanu, the congress integrates a prestigious panel of academic personalities and will take place at the headquarters of the Techirghiol Spa and Recovery Sanatorium, which this year celebrates 125 years of uninterrupted medical and spa activity.

“This initiative represents an exceptional opportunity for the promotion of scientific research and the interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge in the fields of physical medicine, recovery and balneoclimatology, and in this framework we emphasize the outstanding role of Romania in the development and promotion of medical education and scientific research in the spa field. Our congress aims to foster an environment of knowledge exchange, innovation and collaboration between experts and emerging scholars in the fields of physical and rehabilitation medicine, balneology and related disciplines,” said the manager.
