The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) presented its candidates for the local elections in Mureș county. The launch event took place in the presence of AUR President George Simion.
“It is very important to be present here in the center of the country, in the heart of Romania, and it is very important, more than ever, that Romanians are united, not divided by political parties.
Unfortunately, the Prime Minister of Romania, a very, very small guy, Marcel Ciolacu, colluded with the UDMR so that the Romanian forces did not have common candidates in the main cities of Transylvania.
He is interested in common candidates only where he has interests. Political interests, real estate, interests to maintain the various mafias that dominate Romania at the moment.

That is why, fast forward, illegally and unconstitutionally I am making these elections. That the PSD, the PNL and what is for the ethnic Hungarian PSD and the PNL, this hydra called the UDMR, stay in power. We are here to tell them STOP, we do not agree with such a thing!
Schengen humiliation
They took our oil, forests, natural gas and in return they give us the humiliation of Schengen. Today, apart from the Easter of our Catholic and Protestant brothers, to whom we wish bright holidays, theoretically we must also mark our entry into the Schengen area.
I just haven’t entered Schengen yet. Some with imperial court reflexes chose to humiliate us. If we still had a national, independent and sovereign government, all Austrian companies would be kicked out of our country,” said the president of AUR, George Simion.
Doctor for the City Hall
Doctor Cristian Vântu, AUR candidate for the Mureș mayor’s office: “It’s time to eliminate the division created by the UDMR”
AUR supports the doctor Cristian Vântu at the Târgu Mureș City Hall. A family doctor by profession, he returned from Great Britain, after 12 years of practicing his profession among foreigners.
Doctor Vântu is a member of the Royal College of Family Physicians in Great Britain, the Mureș Association of Family Physicians, the Romanian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology and the Resuscitation Council UK.
“We have been ruled for 33 years by some traitors and thieves, who still allow themselves to come up with the slogans ‘let’s do good so we don’t do bad.’ I can’t say anything else.
I joined AUR because I promised myself to join that party that defends traditional values, defends family and national identity, everyone has the right to defend their identity and culture. We must not be a homogeneous mob of European fools, we must defend our identity, our faith, our church.
I came back to change something
We can’t confuse mum with dad, be atheists and worship social services. I came back home to change something. I didn’t come to watch them keep stealing. Did you see what was happening? We lack parking spaces, we sit in traffic, in the madness created by the current mayor.
As a person, I respect him, he has five children, now six, but he is an incompetent mayor. We cannot take European funds. This happened. We are taking funds by promising to rebuild Strada Gheorghe Doja and now the clinic area will follow. They give us money by forcing us to give up parking spaces, to encourage bicycles. How many sick people cycle to the hospital, folks?
We are asking for the votes of the people saying that this is also the case in the West. They did the opposite. If the West commits suicide must we commit suicide too? Do I have to confuse mom with dad too? Do I have to eat cricket meal too? What nonsense is this? We cannot accept the term extremists. Who is more toxic? Because we want to eat normally, because we want to park our cars, to live in a civilized city?”, said the doctor Cristian Vântu, during the launch event.
Candidate for 29 years
The AUR candidate for the position of president of the Mureș County Council is Răzvan Biro, a 29-year-old young man, specialized in history and political science.
A young man who has been actively involved in civic and political organizations in the area of national and youth movements, thus acquiring a comprehensive experience in the management of political organizations. Within the party, he coordinates the AUR Mureș county branch from 2020, and from 2021 he holds the position of Deputy General Secretary of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians.
“I started this construction timidly. In 2020 we were a handful of people, and in the local elections we had barely managed to form 20 teams for the local councils. Today we are going with 74 lists of local councilors in Mureș county and with 47 candidates for the position of mayor.
If we ended the electoral campaign in 2020 with 100 members, today the AUR Mureș branch is one of the most numerous county branches of the AUR in the country. We are over 3000 members in this family. It was three years of continuous struggle in which I built. There were years of work where no one would give us a chance. Mureș County had huge potential, but today the decay of the county is felt.
Mureș County is blocked by the interests of the parties, by the isolationist and discriminatory policy of the UDMR, by the cowardice and lack of dignity of those who led the county from 1990 until today, by leaders incapable of coming to Bucharest, punching the masses and they are fighting for Mureș”, declared Răzvan Biro, during the launch of the candidates.
