Pieces of plaster are coming off the bridge at the south railway station in Ploiești

The bridge at the South Station in Ploiești represents a real danger. A reader sent us images of several pieces of plaster that came off and fell from this road passage, in the area of the Prahova Value Center shopping complex.

“Hello! The plaster is falling from the bridge at the South station. I was in the car when I saw pieces falling on the floor” is the message of the reader, who sent us the images at the end of the article.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported as a result of the incident.

In recent years, the Prahovean Observatory has published several articles on the state of deterioration of the bridge at the South railway station

Details here: Mr. Mayor Volosevici, put two wheelbarrows of gravel on the bridge at the South Station as well. The drivers will thank you

Every time he approached this topic, Mayor Andrei Volosevici promised that measures would be taken, but the current administration was content only to paint the metal railing and plug the potholes.

Last year, the bridge at the southern railway station in Ploiești was examined, but the City Hall has not yet published the results of the report drawn up by specialists.

Even after the experts spoke out, the Volosevici administration did nothing but impose speed restrictions, which drivers do not respect, and install video cameras.

Details here: Traffic restrictions on the bridge from South Station in Ploiești. The maximum speed allowed will be only 30 km/h

We remind you that this road bridge over the railway is very important not only for the residents of the Bariera Bucharest neighborhood, but also because it is one of the main entrances/exits from the city, especially towards DN 1 – Bucharest.
