A 53-year-old man was caught drinking on Oașului Street in Cluj-Napoca.
He had a breath alcohol level of 1.12 mg/l pure alcohol.
“On March 30 this year, at around 7:00 p.m., the policemen from the Cluj-Napoca Municipality Police – Road Bureau stopped a car driven by a 53-year-old man in traffic for control, on Oașului street.
He was tested with the breathalyzer device, and an alcohol blood level of 1.12 mg/l of pure alcohol was recorded in the exhaled air, for which he was transported to a medical facility for the collection of biological samples.
In the case, investigations are being carried out under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances”, IPJ Cluj reported.
