The Ministry of Education announces an open online public debate for a maximum of 100 people on April 4, from 9:00 a.m. on the National Plan to Combat School Violence for 2024-2027, put up for public debate on March 29.
  • The National Plan to Combat School Violence foresees a series of measures, such as equipping schools with audio-video systems, purchased from non-refundable funds and money from the Ministry of Education, online or offline libraries in all schools that contain guides for parents, students , teachers, and an annual contest “Take a stand, say STOP violence!”.

All those interested in improving this project can register to take part in the debate (within the limit of 100 participants), in an online system (video conference): natural and legal persons, non-governmental/civil society organizations, professional associations, representatives of public institutions with attributions in the field, representatives of the press.

Registration can be done through a request sent to the e-mail address [email protected], until April 2, at 7:00 p.m.according to the statement.

The data required for registration will automatically include: the name and surname of the participant/legal representative, as the case may be, the organization they represent, contact details, phone number, e-mail address that will receive the connection link, as well as confirmation of participation in the debate, are specified in the communique

Persons interested in verbally presenting their proposals at the public meeting are asked to clearly state this in the message sent.

Proposals will be made in writing, in electronic format (word/pdf), specifying the sections, chapters, articles of the draft normative act subject to debate, through the attached form (available below, under the Informative materials tag) and will be sent to the e-mail address debateripublice@edu. gov.ro, until April 2, at 19:00.

To support the proposals/viewpoints, the persons registered to speak will have 3 minutes at their disposal. In the situation where the proposals formulated are significant in relation to the content, the time dedicated to supporting them can be extended, once, by another 3 minutes, by the coordinator/moderator of the public meeting.

Interventions in the meeting will take place in the order of registration, according to the release.
