The police officers of the Weapons, Explosives and Dangerous Substances Service of Mureș county implemented a home search warrant in a criminal case of non-compliance with the weapons and ammunition regime and qualified contraband, on Saturday, March 30, which targeted a man from the town of Saschiz.
“The activity took place at the home of a 54-year-old man from Saschiz, Mures. A non-lethal sports shooting airgun from the category of those subject to authorisation, which was possessed without right, was identified and seized. The search was carried out with the support of the Office for Animal Protection, Section 10 of the Sighișoara Rural Police, the Sighișoara Municipality Police and fighters from the Special Actions Service“, the Mureș County Police Inspectorate transmitted.
The investigations are continued under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Sighișoara District Court, in order to prove the entire criminal activity.
