On March 29, 2024, around 12:00 p.m., police officers from the Cristuru Secuiesc City Police spotted a 24-year-old man from Odorheiu Secuiesc, while he was driving a car, on a street in Cristuru Secuiesc, and as a result of testing with the device provided, there were indications of the presence of prohibited substances.
The man was transported to the hospital for collection of biological samples.
A criminal case was filed for driving a vehicle under the influence of prohibited substances.
On March 29, 2024, at around 11:50 p.m., a 35-year-old man from the city of Bălan was spotted by the policemen on duty while driving a car on DE578, in Siculeni, from the municipality of Gheorgheni to Miercurea-Ciuc, and after testing with the breathalyzer, a value of 0.99 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air resulted.

On March 30, 2024, at around 11:20 p.m., a 55-year-old man from Covasna county was spotted by the police officers on duty while driving a car on a street in the municipality of Miercurea- Ciuc having 0.47 mg/L pure alcohol in exhaled air.
A criminal case was drawn up for the offense of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
On March 31, 2024, at around 10:4.0 a.m., a 25-year-old man from Ciceu was spotted by the police while driving a car on DJ123/D, outside the town of Sâncrăieni with 0, 50 mg/l pure alcohol in exhaled air.
A criminal case was filed for driving under the influence of alcohol.
On the same date, at around 15:40, the police officers from the Road Service detected a 50-year-old man, from Sânsimion, while he was driving a car on DJ 123/A, in the Sântimbru commune, and following testing with the device alcohol test resulted in a value of 1.15 mg/l of pure alcohol in exhaled air.
At the same time, the police found, as a result of the checks carried out, that the man in question does not have a driving license for any category of vehicle.
A criminal case was filed for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.
On March 31, 2024, around 6:00 p.m., the police officers from the Gheorgheni Road Bureau detected a 31-year-old man from Remetea while he was driving a car on DE578, in Voșlăbeni, and as a result of the checks, it resulted the fact that he has the right to drive suspended.
A criminal case was filed for driving a vehicle without a driver’s license.
