Warrant implemented by police officers and road traffic offenses detected in the last 24 hours

Warrant implemented by the Constanta police against a sexual aggressor and several traffic offenses found in the last 24 hours within the county.

On March 30 this year, police officers from the Territorial Unit for Searching for Missing or Wanted Persons identified a 19-year-old man, against whom the Constanța Court ordered the educational measure depriving of liberty of internment in an educational center for a period of two years, for committing the crime of sexual assault. The man was taken and imprisoned in the Târgu Ocna Educational Center.

On March 30 this year, at around 10:00 p.m., police officers from the Eforie City Police identified a 43-year-old man who was driving a car on Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.65 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the collection of biological samples, in order to establish the alcohol level in the blood.

On March 30 this year, at around 10:30 p.m., police officers from the Constanța Municipality Police – the Municipal Service of Order and Public Safety identified a 55-year-old man who was driving a car on Constanţei road in the Cumpăna commune, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.51 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the collection of biological samples, in order to establish the alcohol level in the blood.

On March 30 this year, at around 10:30 p.m., police officers from the Murfatlar City Police – Valu lui Traian Police Station identified a 33-year-old man who was driving a car on DN 3, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages . The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.82 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the collection of biological samples, in order to determine the alcohol level in the blood.

On March 31 this year, around 00:00, policemen from the Techirghiol City Police identified a 48-year-old man who was driving a car on DN 38, in the village of Movilita, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.54 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the collection of biological samples, in order to determine the alcohol level in the blood.

In the city of Năvodari, the police carried out the “Blockade” action.

34 drivers were tested with the breathalyzer device and 2 with the provided device, in order to establish the indications regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances, and a traffic offense was found.

Thus, on March 31 this year, around 01:20, the police identified a 35-year-old man who was driving a car on DN 22, in Lumina commune, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.49 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the taking of biological samples, in order to establish the blood alcohol level.

Criminal investigation files were drawn up in all cases.
