Virgil Lixandru ticks off another milestone: he wants to build a residential complex in the vicinity of the KM 5 and Viile Noi neighborhoods

former liberal local councilor Virgil Lixandru, through the Agertrans company, continues the steps to build a residential neighborhood in Viile Noi in Constanța. Thus, after submitting the project presentation memorandum to the authorized environmental institution, the documentation will be on the table of the Technical Commission for Territorial Planning and Urbanism, on Thursday, November 23

Agertrans SRL submitted a “Request for issuance of notice of opportunity – development of PUZ – introduction into the inner city and regulation of extra-urban land – plot A 1071/15/1, A 1071/15/2/2 – 43 lots – construction of individual houses and equipment neighborhood”.

The businessman owns a plot of land of 48,000 sqm and wants to build here a complex of collective housing with height regimes P+2E, P+4E, P+6E, P+6E (7-8R), P+8E, P+8E ( 9-10R), with public and commercial equipment specific to the residential area, services, trade, education, public squares, leisure and leisure spaces (urban park). The Zonal Urban Plan is necessary for the site analysis of the proposal made, from a functional, economic, spatial, legal and technical point of view.

Currently, the immediately surrounding lands are free of construction. And the one that generated the urban planning documentation is free of functional constructions, undeveloped, partially covered by spontaneous vegetation and has no major bumps. To the north is the Tom Residential District. Access to the site is now via two exploitation roads.

We remind you that, at the beginning of July this year, the businessman Virgil Lixandru obtained an urban planning certificate, through the Agertrans company, for the introduction of several plots in the urban area, through the development of a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ), in order to be able to build a residential complex in the Viile Noi area of ​​the Constanța municipality, towards the Cumpăna commune. Then, he submitted the presentation memorandum, to the authorized environmental institution, for this project.

The society Agertrans was established on October 2, 1998, with headquarters on Ecluzei street number 1A, in Agigea commune. Administrator is Nelu Voicilă, and sole associate is Ion Virgil Lixandru. The turnover reported for the year 2022 was 450,845 lei, the profit 95,824 lei, and the debts, 2,236,459 lei, with one employee.
