The mayor of Corbeanca cannot justify a fortune of over 4 million lei. Irregularities discovered by ANI and other city officials

The National Integrity Agency found the existence of unjustified differences between the acquired wealth and the incomes in the total amount of 4,048,566 lei in the case of the mayor of Corbeanca, Ilfov county, but also of a deputy mayor of Maramureş and a local councilor from Dâmboviţa.

Thus, the National Integrity Agency found the existence of an unjustified difference in the amount of 3,061,855 lei between the wealth acquired and the incomes achieved by Anton Valeriu, the mayor of Corbeanca, Ilfov county, together with his family, during the exercise of public office.

ANI notified the Assets Investigation Commission of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, in order to start the control action regarding the patrimonial changes made and the incomes made by the mayor.

Also, the National Integrity Agency found the existence of an unjustified difference in the amount of 770,574 lei between the wealth acquired and the income made by Ruscovan Ioan, Vice Mayor of Rona de Sus Commune, Jud. Maramureş and former local Councilor within the CL of Rona de Sus Municipality, together with his family, during the exercise of the mandate of local councilor 2016-2020.

The National Integrity Agency notified the Assets Investigation Commission of the Cluj Court of Appeal, in order to start the control action regarding the patrimonial changes made and the incomes made by the deputy mayor.

In the case of Sîrbuleţ Mariana, Local councilor within the CL of Com. Bucşani, Jud. Dâmboviţa, the National Integrity Agency found the existence of an unjustified difference in the amount of 216,137 lei between the acquired wealth and the realized income.

The National Integrity Agency notified the Assets Investigation Commission of the Ploiesti Court of Appeal, in order to start the control action regarding the patrimonial changes made and the incomes made by the local councilor.
