Only one association of companies is interested in acquisition launched by Constanța City Hall, last month, in the amount of over 3.6 million euros, for the rehabilitation of the “Mihai Eminescu” College building. One of the companies is the one in charge of modernizing Casa Embiricos and turning it into a business incubator.
It is the association of companies Bau Klincher Art – Inspeti Building Restoration – Crindesign Proiect – Vimed Com SRL – Electromedia SRL – Myt System – Electromara.
Bau Klincher Art SRL is the company in charge of the execution of the works within the “Constanța Business Incubator” project, which should be completed by the end of this year.
Bau Klincher Art SRL is a company from Baia Mare, established in 2017. It deals with flooring and wall cladding works. Administrator and sole associate is Mircea Dolha. In 2022, the company had a turnover of 7,064,073 lei, a net profit of 615,574 lei and nine employees, according to listafirme.ro.
Context
Constanța City Hall launched, for the third time, the tender for the rehabilitation of the “Mihai Eminescu” College building. The total value of the purchase is 15,319,321.63 lei without VAT, i.e. 18,229,992.74 lei with VAT (3,666,346.87 euros). The municipality also launched a purchase, in this sense, in June, but also in August this year. These were later cancelled.
The duration of the contract is 28 months.
The project implementation period is 12.12.2022 – 11.12.2025, according to the local administration website. The financing contract for it was signed on November 22, 2022. The source of financing is: National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Call for projects PNRR/2022/C5/2/B.1/1, Component 5 – Renovation wave, Axis 2 – Grant scheme for energy efficiency and resilience in public buildings, Operation B.1: Integrated renovation (seismic strengthening and moderate energy renovation) of public buildings.
