A Romanian – most likely from Argeș – sent 16,900 petitions on the same subject to the Ministry of the Interior and Argeș Prefecture last year, Hotnews.ro informs, quoting a press release from the Ministry of Interior.

However, the Ministry of the Interior does not specify what the petitioner is requesting.

Most of the petitions addressed to Argeș Prefecture are those related to the application of land fund laws, another important category concerning pensions and the activity of mayors.

The MAI managed over 300,000 petitions last year through all the structures it subordinates.
