THERE IS A LACK OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN PRAHOVA


The lack of qualified personnel is the main problem currently faced by Prague businesses. Present in Prahova County, the Minister of Economy, Florin Spătaru claims that he has solutions for this problem to disappear in the shortest possible time.

The lack of qualified personnel was one of the topics debated by the Prahov business community and the Minister of Economy, Florin Spătaru.

Minister Florin Spătaru announced that there are solutions and that there are currently discussions to create an appropriate legislative framework for dual education.

Moreover, humanist deputy Grațiela Gavrilescu claims that the PSD-PUSL parliamentary group will work on amending the legislation.

Dual education is a form of organization of professional and technical education, which is based on a partnership contract between the economic operator, the educational unit and the administrative-territorial unit, as well as individual practical training contracts between the economic operator, the student and the educational unit .
