Fatal accident in Dolj! Five other people were injured – Oltenia regional news

A fatal accident took place this morning in the town of Sadova in Dolj. Five people were injured and another person died. All were passengers in the two cars that crashed.

“Road accident in which 2 cars are involved in the radius of the town of Sadova. As a result, 6 victims resulted. The following forces were sent to intervene and provide medical aid: a work truck with water, a truck for transporting people and multiple victims, a TIM ambulance, a medical first aid crew and 3 SAJ crews”said the firefighters from ISU Dolj.

Everything took place on the DN55, and traffic is alternating in the area.

“The INFOTRAFFIC Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that on DN 55, Sadova township, Dolj county, a road accident occurred, in which 2 cars were involved. As a result of the impact, 5 victims resulted, of which one person is resuscitated, does not respond to maneuvers. Road traffic is carried out on a single line, alternatively, by directing the police, without problems regarding traffic values. Traffic is expected to resume in 60 minutes”say those from the INFOTRAFFIC Center.
