Ten years ago, Oana Roman faced one of the most difficult periods of her life, being one step away from losing her life. A surgery, common for many women, had serious consequences for her health. This is how Oana Roman defeated death just two months after becoming a mother!

Ten years ago, Oana Roman became a mother, giving birth to her daughter Isabella by caesarean section. Shortly after the birth, serious complications arose that almost brought the end of the star.

After only two months after the birth of her daughter, Oana Roman was forced to undergo a new surgical intervention. The doctors resorted to this operation because of the complications arising from the caesarean section. Petre Roman’s daughter went through a particularly difficult time at that time, stating that the night before the operation was the hardest of her life.

The star shared that her biggest fear was that she would never be able to see her daughter, who was just 2 months old.

“I was alone in the hospital and, in the morning, I was going to undergo a major surgery, which I didn’t know if I would survive, and I had a two and a half month old girl at home,” said Oana Roman, on her Instagram page.

Oana Roman was one step away from losing her life after giving birth

Even after so many years, Oana Roman continues to focus on the positive aspects, considering that moment as crucial in her life. She states that she experienced a true rebirth following that experience.

In gratitude to those who took care of her, both medical staff and family, the star felt that her connection with God was much stronger than she had ever imagined.

During the five days she spent in the intensive care unit, Petre Roman’s daughter understood that God is watching over her and that He is the only one who can guide the course of her life.

​”I knew then that I had some very powerful guardian angels. I knew then that God’s power is infinite. I felt it, in the most concrete way. I realized that my life was in His hands and He knew who to send to save me. I had to heal myself, to be able to raise my child, and I succeeded. He was there”, said Oana Roman.
