Accident in Alba Iulia: A car overturned in the city’s sewer.

The Alba Iulia fire department intervenes to ensure specific measures for a road accident in the municipality of Alba Iulia, Constantin Noica street, the representatives of the Alba ISU reported.

It is about a car overturned in a rainwater collecting ditch.

The accident occurred immediately after a curve.

Eyewitnesses say that when the firefighters arrived, there was only the car, without the driver.

An intervention van and a first aid crew went to the scene.

Later, representatives of IPJ Alba communicated that a 67-year-old man from Alba Iulia lost control of the car and overturned in the respective canal.

After testing the driver with the breathalyzer, it was found that he was under the influence of alcohol, the value indicated by the device being 0.37 mg/pure alcohol in exhaled air.
