This oil solves dandruff and cracked heels

One of the most suitable oils to treat some skin or hair problems is castor oil.

Castor oil is extracted from castor beans, i.e. the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant. It is rich in Omega-6, Omega-9 fatty acids and vitamin E, which means that it is a nourishing and moisturizing ingredient. This oil also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties due to its high content of ricinoleic acid.

Thanks to all these qualities, it is a suitable ingredient for use in the beauty routine and for skin, hair and nail care.

Gives hair shine

Applied to the hair, castor oil gives shine to the hair ornament. To enhance the shine of the strands, castor oil is applied directly to the hair, especially at the ends, to help “seal” the cuticle and eliminate the appearance of dry, split ends. Also, if needed, you can apply it all over your hair to “soften” it. A small amount is needed, applied like hair oil, to both wet and dry strands, as you prefer.

It soothes the scalp and prevents dandruff

Because it is moisturizing and has anti-inflammatory properties, castor oil can also be used as a scalp treatment. Massaging the scalp helps to maintain hydration and also prevents dandruff and other types of skin rashes and irritations. And combining castor oil with a scalp massage is a very pleasant experience.

Helps dry skin and cracked heels

If you have cracked heels, dry skin after shaving or have dry skin, you can use castor oil, which you apply to problem areas.

It is not only hydrating but also humectant, attracting moisture wherever it is applied and keeping the skin hydrated, balanced and silky to the touch.

Softens cuticles

Castor oil is a great alternative to cuticle oils and creams as it prevents dryness, peeling and breakage. It is applied immediately after a manicure or pedicure, but also as often as needed. Because castor oil is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, it can also help maintain nail health by protecting broken cuticles from infection.

Fades the appearance of stretch marks

The moisturizing qualities of castor oil can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. These are often caused by rapid weight gain or loss or pregnancy. Pour a generous amount of oil into your hands and gently massage it into the stretch marks. Do this twice a day, morning and night, for best results. The fading process can be slow, so be patient with your body and keep pampering it.
