The OFA UGIR patronage launches solutions for the evolution of education in Romania –

Today, everyone is talking about education: those from the political sphere, as well as those from the civic sphere. Education is not an approach for the sake of the process, but an approach with a clear target: new generations of people who will be properly prepared morally and professionally to be active on the labor market – either as employers or as workers.

The solutions that the OFA UGIR patronage intends to advance following the Conference in Iasi, from May 13, have the real chance to be the most appropriate and anchored in economic reality. Why do we say this?

Because at the National Conference on May 13, 2024 starting at 09:30, at Congress Hall Iasi, Sala Chopin & Vivaldi, on the theme: “Education of the Future: between parenting and labor market requirements”

The Organization of Women Entrepreneurs within the General Union of Industrialists in Romania (OFA UGIR) will ensure a debate of major interest for the future of Romania, bringing together the ideas of entrepreneurs, education experts, vocational training specialists and, most importantly, the 200 of participants expected at the event.

Education has the mission of offering all children, young people and adults the best chances of professional and social success, that is why we support an education that meets the needs and interests of current and future generations, accessible and fair for all Romanian citizens.

As keynote speaker, Urania Cremene, Founder of All About Parenting, will emphasize the importance and role of education in supporting young people to adapt to the demands of the jobs of the future.

The first panel, Parenting and the education of the future, will have speakers:

– Alexandru Holicov, CEO & Founder of the Adservio platform
– Monica Ghiurco, TVR senior journalist, Doctor of Economic Sciences
– Silviu Mihail Tiţă, university professor PhD within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, Iasi – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration

In the second panel, Dual education and the labor market, we have the following speakers:
– DHC. Daniel Condurache, university professor Eng. Emeritus at the Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” from Iasi, Member of the Romanian Academy
– Octavian Dan, President of the Association of Bihorean Companies
– Cristina Maria Chiriac, Manager & Founder of Sense Romania
– Ştefan Popa, CEO of Beauty Clinique Aesthetic Clinics

The keynote speaker of our conference will be Urania Cremene, mother, parenting expert and author of books and online programs for parents. Urania Cremene has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and public speaker, for which she has obtained several national and international accreditations following training as a Master Trainer, Coach and Facilitator.
