After about 3 contracts I said there is room for better. I started taking courses, learning more on the management side and I grew. I was promoted to manager within a year. I made history. In 6 months, I was promoted to team leader, then supervisor, then manager in the next 6 months. I stayed in that position, junior manager, because I liked it”stated Claudio Mihaiaccording to BZI.

But you also lose the client who might have bought you for 10 years and might bring 10-20 more clients.
